Comprehensive Composite Solutions: Structural Core Materials & High-Performance Vacuum Bagging Systems — Sino Composite
Target Aerospace is an official authorized distributor of Sino Composite Co., Ltd. (Sino Composite / www.sino-composite.com), an established global leader with over 30 years of engineering excellence in structural sandwich cores, advanced vacuum bagging consumables, and composite processing solutions.
Founded in 1992, Sino Composite has evolved into an integrated multinational composite materials powerhouse. Operating world-class manufacturing and kitting assets—including Italy's Maricell PVC foam technology, Ecuador's Cobalsa Balsa wood plantations, and precision conversion centers—Sino Composite provides end-to-end composite materials engineered for mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, marine, and renewable energy sectors.
Proprietary Technology & Core Advantages
Sino Composite delivers a fully certified, vertically integrated material ecosystem designed to meet the rigorous mechanical and thermal demands of advanced composite manufacturing:
Global Tier-1 Structural Cores: Direct ownership and partnership with world-renowned core manufacturers, featuring Maricell closed-cell cross-linked PVC structural foam and Cobalsa high-density end-grain balsa wood.
Extreme Temperature Autoclave Compatibility: Vacuum bagging films, fluoro-polymer release films, and bagging consumables engineered to withstand temperatures up to 230°C–315°C under high-pressure autoclave environments.
Custom Kitting & Precision Conversion: Synergized with Target Aerospace’s in-house repackaging, kitting, and temperature-controlled storage, core materials and vacuum consumables can be delivered pre-shaped, CNC-machined, slit, and customized to customer production specifications.
Process Efficiency & Flawless Infusion: High-elongation vacuum films, breathers, and specialized non-silicone pressure tapes eliminate resin bleed, bridging, and vacuum drop during complex resin infusion (VARTM) and prepreg debulking cycles.
International Standards & Traceability: Materials manufactured under ISO 9001 and marine/aerospace certifications (including GL, DNV, and aerospace project validations) ensure full batch traceability and consistent quality.
Core Product Portfolio
1. Structural Core Materials
High-strength, lightweight sandwich cores engineered to enhance moment of inertia, structural rigidity, and weight reduction.
